Cortex Design was established in response to the increased demand Cortex Development Group placed on its design professionals to produce expert-quality living environments in a timely and professional manner. As a result, the sole purpose and focus of Cortex Design is to produce design and construction documents and to conduct limited construction administration services for all Cortex projects. As Director of Cortex Design, Mr. Ladd B. Roberts oversees multiple facets of taking a project from paper to reality including site planning, architectural coordination, civil coordination, landscape architecture and permit assistance.   Cortex Design is permanently poised to bring stellar creative solutions to each Cortex property. Director of Design: Ladd Roberts, RLA Mr. Roberts has seven years experience as a landscape designer and site planner. He is experienced in resort development, master planning, recreation planning and landscape architecture. He is currently managing the Cortex Design office located in Jacksonville, Florida and is responsible for all of Cortex’s site planning and landscape architecture projects.
